The entrance is located on the south side of the Thornhills Plaza (around back from 28th Street).
The parking lot can be accessed from 28th Street or off of Thornhills ave. SE
There are 2 bus stops nearby: the 28th/Jacksmith (EB) and 28th/Thornhills (EB).
No stairs or steps are required to access the studio.
There are no automatic doors in the building.
There is a spacious single-use bathroom with a grab bar.
There are no private rooms in the studio, but there are several privacy screens that can be arranged.
Only Rowan and Hannah's clients and their guests are required to wear masks. Harrison, Hannah, and Rowan wear masks regularly, and anyone in the studio can be asked to wear one.
There are typically no strong scents in the studio space.
The massage tables used can support up to 450 pounds. Chairs are available as an alternative.
